What are we giving you?
Permission to use the Porchholt homepage for personal, lawful search and discovery. This permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and may be withdrawn if this agreement is broken.
What stays ours?
The Porchholt name, visual design and software remain ours or our licensors’. You receive a right to use the service, not ownership of it or permission to sell, sublicense or present it as your own.
What should you avoid?
- Trying to bypass security, disrupt availability or send deceptive automated traffic.
- Copying or modifying protected parts of the software except where law expressly permits it.
- Using Porchholt to infringe rights, distribute malware or break the law.
Who provides the ideas and results?
Wikipedia supplies the displayed topic suggestions, and a separate search provider handles submitted searches. Those services are independent and may apply their own rules and privacy notices.
What can change?
We may improve, replace or discontinue features. If Porchholt is unavailable or a third-party result is incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable, the service is provided without a promise that the issue will be corrected.
What protections remain?
The service is provided “as available” to the maximum extent the law permits. This agreement does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
